CASE STUDY
LIVERPOOL STREET

Uncommon Liverpool Street, a modern office and event space Located across the road from Liverpool Street station; required the highest quality of meeting room
equipment in to automated climate and lighting control.

The 10-story building has many of the modern-day office amenities, including a workout area, auditorium, food and drink bars, meeting rooms, relaxation spaces,
roof terrace and coworking offices.

As an all-encompassing showcase of what Mosaic has to offer with audio throughout the building, climate and temperature control, lighting automation and more. In order to ensure the safety and peace of mind of the occupants, CCTV has been installed throughout the building through both internal and external cameras ensuring comprehensive coverage without any blind spots. Without compromising the privacy of the users. Thermal imaging cameras were placed at the front desk to measure the temperature of people entering, a necessity during the covid 19 pandemic The many meeting rooms throughout have all been equipped with multiple connectivity and presentation options, guaranteeing an easy to use yet professional experience to all. Sound masking sensors cancel outside noise from entering the meeting rooms giving complete privacy and confidentiality to the occupants.

The hidden KNX system responds to all the users of the buildings actions and needs without many of them even knowing of its existence; every time a person
turns on the lights, runs a tap, closes the blinds, or adjusts the temperature, the KNX system is responsible for making it happen.

Various building systems such as plant control can be monitored by the KNX system allowing for proactive repairs and maintenance before major problems arise
The KNX system also monitors unoccupied rooms adjusting the heating and lighting level to maximise the buildings efficiency
