Based in West London and Established in the early 2000’s, we have been involved in numerous prestigious commercial projects in an around Central London.
With over a decade of experience and a team of specialist project managers, designers and engineers, we produce custom BMS systems for any high-end commercial project, with keypad, touchscreen and app controls for effortless ease of use.
We offer plant and HVAC control to command and monitor pumps, valves manifolds, under floor heating and fan coil units for any buildings heating and ventilation system; with options for manual control, full automation or a combination of both, ensuring a smart system that never fights with itself to try and cool and heat the building at the same time.
Security systems compromising access control and cctv systems can be seamlessly implemented with other bms systems to monitor who enters a building and what areas they have access to.
Lighting can be customised and controlled automatically, to turn on upon room entry, at certain natural light levels or at certain times of day. Light intensity can
also be customised, and synced with an alarm system to turn on all lights upon alarm activation
We can configure whole building audio, modern meeting and conference rooms and networks with hundreds of users. All controllable via apps or touchscreen
